James Stanley.  It was the right choice because James has been selling homes in our neighbourhood for a long time.

He is a real professional and cares very much about the people he serves.  It was
a stressful time in the height of covid, but James took the time to call and ask us how
we were.   

We really appreciated how he was on top of everything and kept us informed
every step of the way. James did a lot more than we ever expected from a
Real Estate agent.

We would highly recommend James to anyone buying or selling a house.

We have only very good things to say about James (Jim). He is soft spoken, unassuming and a very accomplished communicator. His knowledge of the market & innovative negotiating skills are Top Drawer! Not only did he succeed in getting the purchase price of our condo reduced by $16,000 Jim sold …We have only very good things to say about James (Jim). Not only did he succeed in getting the purchase price of our condo reduced by $16,000 Jim sold our current home in less than 5 days for the full asking price! I might add that the selling price of our home set a new high water mark for comparable homes in our area. It was a whirlwind week for us & Jim guided us through it all in a totally professional manner. The status report for our new condo is much thicker than the Oakville phone book & Jim digested it word for word then made sure to review all of the important points with us. I can't imagine that most Realtors would be that thorough.
